Since 2009 Alexey has been practicing Yoga Shaktipat (or Authentic Movement), when asana and meditation are merged in one dynamic/static flow, which creates a special state of body-mind-spirit, thus sequencing of yoga techniques happen spontaneously, guided by intuition (Consciousness/Spirit).
This (if one may call it) style of yoga can be practiced after shaktipat or after practicing of 8 fold yoga path for an appropriate period of time to get full understanding of the ground basis of yoga outlined by Patanjali: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi.
